The Essential 11 - Must-Have Skills for Greater Productivity and More Fulfilling Relationships
Individuals with ADHD have difficulty with five or more skills that are needed to manage their lives. Despite being intelligent, creative, and hardworking, they face obstacles like disorganization, poor attention, and impulsivity. Attendees will identify the skills that need to be developed, learn strategies for strengthening these abilities, and receive resources for dealing with the challenges of ADHD.

EndeavorRx is the first FDA-cleared treatment for inattention in children with ADHD, delivered through a video game experience. Learn about Akili Interactive, the company that developed EndeavorRx, and the scientific principles behind the treatment. This presentation will also cover the clinical studies in children with ADHD, who used EndeavorRx and how EndeavorRx is now available for interested families. Jacqueline Lutz, PhD, is a Scientist at Akili Interactive. Prior to Akili Interactive, Dr. Lutz studied Neuropsychology at the University of Zurich and worked as a research assistant and clinical psychologist at the Psychiatric University Hospital in Zurich, Switzerland. Dr. Lutz was a Honorary Fellow at the Center for Health Minds, University of Wisconsin - Madison. Her postdoctoral work in Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School focused on the science of behavior change and meditation, and was the recipient of a Mind and Life Varela Grant. Dr. Lutz's interest lies in how interventions, such as meditation and games, can improve cognitive health.
