JANUARY Webinar: Internalized Shame and ADHD
Why is this a thing? ...and what can we do about it? In this webinar we are going to explore the role that internalized shame plays in living a life with ADHD. Whether early or late diagnosed, many people report feelings of shame that compound throughout their lives. Join us to hear about how shame can manifest in people with ADHD, ways it can impact our lives, relationships, intergenerational patterns, and most importantly, what we can do to release the shame and heal-- to find out what we can be when we love and accept ourselves for who we are, strengths and limitations.
